I can really say that my cookie dough truffles tastes great! my family and friends 

loved it! I felt overwhelmed. I can see in their face that they scream for mooree.

I am really flattered<3<3<3<3 I really want to excel in my baking skills, so whenever I

have a free time, I bake. :) 

super sale bazaar!

Rach, Angeli, Vince and I went to World Trade Center for the Super Sale Bazaar.;)

I was soo excited that day because it’s my first time to go to bazaar with them.

when i got there, I was like, asdfghjkl! shet! i want everything! the clothes are unique,

the shoes are loved, the bags are one of a kind etc! in short, I want to have every piece of it!

And, oh, I saw my best friend Mei also!:) i missed her so much! 

first time to tried Manang’s! crazy over their chicken! nomnomnomnomnom! I will 

definitely go to the upcoming bazaar this July and December!:) gotta save and earn 

moneeeeh!

Saturday= baking day

Saturday will always be my baking day!:) Yesterday, I made focaccia Bread and 

Eclairs with pastry cream.

focaccia- it is a bread blended with pesto and topped with ham, olives, cheese, 

tomato and onion. I think everyone knows what Eclairs is, Too bad, I wasn’t able 

to take a picture of it; maybe, tomorrow? if there’s still left in the fridge. <3

It’s Valentine’s Day last Tuesday, everyone was filled with love. Flowers everywhere, 

balloon hearts flying in the sky, t’was an awesome day!! as a gift to my boyfie, I 

surprised him in my friend’s condo at taft, decorated it with hanging Christmas lights, 

a Big letter with our collage on the center table, and I cooked beef salpicao and ham 

and cheese croquettes for our early dinner. ;) he got really surprised and told me that

he never imagined that i’d be able to do it! As i opened the door, he got me a flowers

and an origami flowers, made by him! so sweet!

POST V-date:

went to MOA, celebrated Valentine’s, ate at mongolian, supposed to watch movie, 

but wth, the crowd ;/ i think its because of the pyro thingy. ;/ so, we just went 

 shopping.we bought clothes for ankong’s birthday dinner at circles, tomorrow.

define bankrupcy;/  We saw Solenn Heusaff. WTF, ang pretty nia! i so love this 

day!<3

this was the first time that we celebrated Valentine’s it was perfect! thank you Lord,

for giving me a loving boy friend. I could not ask for more! THANK YOU!

1. I made oreo cupcake for my sister’s friends.

with cream cheese frosting.

2. I baked pandesal from scratch. taught my yaya how to make it. :))

3.Arvin went here to our house. He asked me to teach him how to make Red Velvet 

Cupcake and artificial flower for his Valentine’s gift to her girl friend. I really had fun

baking with him. looking forward to our next baking lesson!:)) 

he brought the excess cupcakes with him and gave it to his friends. i’m so happy

with their feed backs! they said it was yummy!! yehey!

unfrosted red velvet cupcakes

Ingredients:

300g flour
1T baking powder
1/2t salt
3 egg yolks
1/4c melted butter
3 egg whites
2T sugar

Procedure:
1. mix all dry ingredients together.
2. Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixtures. (dry ingredients) mix well to prevent lumping.
3. set the waffle mixture aside, then beat the egg whites until it forms a soft peak. Mix the egg white into the batter(waffle mixture) 
* if you don’t have a mixer, you can use your hand in beating, just use the wire whisk.
4. cook the waffle into the waffle maker. Then, it is ready to eat!:)

*you can add the different topping/fillings of your choice

1st steak date. <3

Last Friday, my boyfie and I went to MOA to eat at highlands steak house, and to 

meet with PatSy as well. I was so excited for the entire week because it was our 

first time to eat steak together and to spend money that much. though, it was 

pricey, still it was worth it! 

While we were eating, Pat came over to us, and we started talking about some stuffs,

it took us for almost 2 hours to bond that much. I’m really happy that time. i 

think, it was the longest time that we talked since we started to knew each other. 

i’m looking forward to our next chikahan. Really, no dull moment with her. i wish you

all the luck and best, also, congrats that you pass the ITN interview. really jealous. I

hope my Dad change his mind and allow me to take the ITN exam. :/  see you 

around. :*
